Talk 2 Talk offers two primary services: Call Translation and Own Voice Translation.
To use the app, users must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the app, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Users can make calls to other registered users of Talk 2 Talk if they have the recipient's mobile number.
Both parties must be registered users on the app.
Privacy Notice: Talk 2 Talk does not store or record any call audio or user speech data. The translation occurs in real-time and no personal speech or call content is retained by the app.
Users can select the language they wish to speak and the language they wish to hear.
Users can record their message, and the app will generate an output translation based on the selected languages.
Privacy Notice: No voice recordings are stored or retained by Talk 2 Talk. The app provides real-time translations, and once the translation is completed, no data is stored or recorded.
Talk 2 Talk charges a platform fee to access its features, and users are required to recharge their accounts to make calls and use the translation services.
Users will be charged based on the call packages and other services chosen. Charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Users can either choose the default ringtone or personalize their ringtone for calls and notifications.
Customization options may vary and are subject to availability.
You agree not to misuse the app for spamming, fraudulent activities, or any unlawful actions.
You shall not reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to manipulate the app's services or security systems.
Talk 2 Talk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in prohibited behavior.
Account termination may occur without prior notice.
Talk 2 Talk is not liable for any damages or losses that arise from misuse of the app or inaccuracies in translation services.
The app is provided "as-is," and no warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding the app's performance, accuracy, or functionality.
We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once posted on the app. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

We aim to provide the best services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the following refund policy for bookings made with Excello Call Drivers & Travels.
Refund requests are considered only for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled trip will incur a cancellation fee, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a refund request, customers must submit a formal request to our customer service team within [specify number of days] days of the booking or incident. The request should include relevant details such as the booking reference number, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation (if applicable). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution, but typically it will take [specify time, e.g., 7-10 business days].
Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances: If the booking is canceled according to the stipulated terms (i.e., one hour before the scheduled trip). If the service was not provided due to reasons attributable to the company (e.g., driver unavailability or vehicle breakdown). If the customer has been charged in excess of the agreed-upon fare due to an error in billing.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled trip (unless otherwise stated in exceptional circumstances). If the customer fails to report any issues with the service during or immediately after the trip. If the service was provided as requested, but the customer was dissatisfied with the quality of the service. For any incidental or personal expenses incurred during the trip, such as food, accommodation, etc.
In case of any damage to the vehicle or belongings, the company will evaluate the situation and process any refunds or reimbursements as per the applicable terms of service or insurance claims. Excello Call Drivers & Travels does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
If a dispute arises regarding a refund request, the customer can escalate the matter to our management team. The company will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, in accordance with the best interest of both parties.
Excello Call Drivers & Travels reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the company's official website or via email.
